After completing a BA in Fashion Design at London College of Fashion, she joined the Benetton group’s Fabrica in 2000 - the prestigious design and communication centre founded by legendary image-maker Olivero Toscani. It was at Fabrica that she evolved creatively – developing new skills that would influence her future work. She then moved to Milan where she spent four years working in many areas of fashion including styling, print, illustration and fashion design. On returning to London in 2004, Latouche began working as the UK Fashion Correspondent for Italian Elle reporting from London and Milan fashion weeks as well as featuring regularly as a contributor to the magazine. She continues to work with Italian Elle. Meanwhile Deborah carried on with her unique illustrative work, which is rich in colour, textures and print. Her distinctive yet playful artwork has graced the pages of Italian Elle, Orizzonti (a print predictions book), Pig Magazine, Freestyle Magazine and Flair Living as well as being exhibited at the V&A Museum of Childhood, the Milano Furniture Fair and the Truman Breweries. She has also worked on exclusive commissions for Top Shop, Monsoon and Killer Loop. As a stylist Deborah Latouche is able to execute iconic fashion stories with creative vision and ease, she is currently the Fashion Editor for the innovative Freestyle Magazine, where she is constantly pushing boundaries and creating exciting imagery.
